RV Service – Two Touchless options

  • RV Pick up, Drop Off option. We are following the recommended Covid-19 best practices according to the Government of Canada and Alberta Health Services
  • Non-Contact RV Pick-Up: We will drop your RV, paperwork, and keys inside the RV. Sanitized at pick up and on drop off (Call for Details)
  • We will obey all recommended social distancing recommendations
  • If customers need emergency RV service work you may contact the Service Manager, Darcy Turgeon, to make arrangements for a non-contact drop off or pick up by phone or text at 780-438-2008 ext. 244 or by e-mail at: [email protected]

  • Virtual Video Walk-Around on digital devices (cell phone, ipad, computer) A video demonstration with a salesperson to share the RV details, answer any questions and discuss delivery options.

  • Complete your RV purchase from home. All documents can be reviewed over the phone, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp if convenient for you
  • Showroom is Open and disinfected multiple times a day

These 3 easy steps can happen when you select the RV dreams!

1.Browse and Select Inventory Online

Check out our virtual walk through's, watch 360 videos and ask our RV Specialists for more information on any unit of interest. Please share what your towing capacity is, including if you need a hitch or other parts accessories, and we will match your perfect RV with great opportunities to SAVE on rates and terms and even a 3 to 6 month payment deferral options.

2.Get Financed & Complete Financing

Chat with our Business Office over the phone and complete a credit application either online or with our Finance Specialists. Once the financing is approved, we will send the paperwork directly to you. You will review the financing info and our Business Office will be available to share all details with the convenience and comfort of your own home.

3.Send Back Paperwork & Schedule Delivery

Once you fill out the financial paperwork and send it back to Carefree RV. You have 48 hours from the time you have received the paperwork to send it back in order to remain qualified for Home Delivery. Once your paperwork is received, our team will contact you to schedule a home delivery date. Delivered! 

A Carefree RV driver can either deliver at your door and we will provide a Video Orientation while providing the same high-quality walkthrough that you would receive at Carefree RV. Or you can pick up your RV at Carefree RV either with no-contact curbside delivery.

Home Delivery is free within 150kms of the purchasing dealership. It is important to provide a valid drivers license for identification purposes to present to our technician.
